These terms and of use govern your use of our website https://shuttle.club as an investor, investee or in any other capacity. By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them, and all relevant laws and regulations. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Investee Terms any other such terms or notices relevant to the use of our site.

https://shuttle.club is a site operated by PitchedIt Limited (trading as Shuttle Finance) (“we” “us” “our”). We are registered in Ireland under company number 697037 having our registered office at 34 Pearse Street, Dublin D02 CF84, Ireland.

We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict, in respect of any user, the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from viruses or other malicious software.

We will report any such act to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. 18. NO WAIVER

In the event that either you or we fail to exercise any right or remedy contained in these terms of use, that does not mean you or we (as applicable) have waived that right or remedy and so shall not be construed as a waiver.

19. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by the laws of Ireland. You agree that the courts of Ireland will have exclusive jurisdiction. However, we at our sole discretion may bring legal proceedings in any other jurisdiction, including the jurisdiction where you are domiciled or based, to recover fees or other sums payable to us.
